To qualify for this position, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, comfortable working in a refrigerated environment, and have strong verbal communication skills. Experience or willingness to work overtime and weekends is required, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, repetitive environment. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive standing, squatting, kneeling, and bending. Nice-to-have skills include a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and experience working in a food-based environment.
