The role also includes building foundations for agentic development, allowing AI agents to work autonomously, and ensuring that agent-authored changes are safe to ship. To qualify for this role, candidates must have proven expertise in building production frontend applications using TypeScript and React. They should also have solid backend knowledge, particularly with Node.js services, and a strong understanding of frontend build tools. Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex performance issues in large frontend codebases is essential. Additionally, candidates must have a track record of driving technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and strong stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and documentation skills, including experience writing RFCs or ADRs, are also required.
