The Subject Matter Expert, Trademark SaaS & Services will join Questel's Munich office, a leading provider of cloud‑based trademark and intellectual‑property solutions. In this role you will bridge product, engineering and customers, turning trademark‑industry needs into clear feature specifications, overseeing user‑acceptance testing and delivering expert training and support for the platform. Daily tasks include gathering and analysing user requirements, drafting functional specs, coordinating testing cycles, and providing hands‑on assistance to clients during implementation. You will also produce documentation, present complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences, and use data insights to recommend product enhancements. Questel seeks candidates with at least five years of practical trademark management experience, preferably in a SaaS setting, strong knowledge of IP law and global filing processes, excellent analytical ability and fluent English. German language skills and a proven record of driving improvements through data are advantageous.
