The role is shaped together with you, allowing you to pick the area that matches your experience, whether that is web development, system development, or data‑related work, and to collaborate with mentors, delivery coaches and peer networks throughout the engagement. The minimum qualifications for participation are a master's degree in engineering or technology, fluent written and spoken English at a C1 level, and between half a year and three years of IT‑related experience gained through work, a working‑student position or internships. These criteria ensure candidates have a solid academic foundation, strong communication skills and some practical exposure to the field before stepping into a consulting career. Additional attributes that Netlight values include a proven record of achievements or deliveries in previous roles and an advanced command of German (B2‑C2).
