They are seeking a Compliance & AML Officer for their newly launched German branch, responsible for shaping and supervising both regulatory compliance and anti‑money‑laundering frameworks. The day‑to‑day duties involve designing, implementing and continuously monitoring the compliance programme to meet MiFID II/MiFIR and BaFIN conduct and organisational rules applicable in Germany. In parallel, the officer will build and maintain an AML/CTF system that aligns with German AML legislation, EU directives and the firm's global standards, ensuring ongoing adherence and risk mitigation. The position is based in Germany and reports to the regional compliance lead, offering exposure to a fast‑growing market and the chance to influence group‑wide policies.
