In this position you will build trusted relationships with law‑firm partners, associates, innovation teams, and in‑house counsel at private‑equity firms and Fortune 500 companies. You will design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs that showcase how Harvey's platform can improve legal effectiveness. Working hand‑in‑hand with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, you will identify expansion opportunities, support renewal efforts, and proactively surface adoption barriers by asking thoughtful, legally‑informed questions. Your insights will be fed back to product and engineering teams to shape future development, while you also monitor usage trends to re‑engage at‑risk accounts and highlight under‑used features. The role requires a JD or equivalent legal qualification and at least three years of practice within a top‑tier in‑house legal team. Candidates must demonstrate executive‑engagement skills and the presence to build credibility with decision‑makers at all levels. Exceptional presentation abilities are essential, whether delivering impromptu whiteboard sessions or polished demos to legal and executive audiences. A solid grasp of legal processes and the challenges faced by practitioners is a must, as is genuine curiosity about how AI can transform the legal industry. Additional assets include prior sales or customer‑facing experience, such as law‑firm business development or secondments, and a background in directly managing law‑firm client matters and relationships.
