We are hiring an Operations Manager for Eucalyptus, the world's leading consumer‑healthcare platform that now operates under the Hims & Hers umbrella. The company delivers personalised, high‑quality care for millions of patients across the US, Europe, Asia and Canada, covering preventative health, weight‑management and gender‑specific conditions. In this role you will focus on the German market, ensuring that the operational engine behind the patient experience can scale as the user base grows. Your day‑to‑day will involve owning and maintaining the core operational processes that keep the German business running smoothly. You will troubleshoot issues that arise in payments, orders, invoicing, discounts, verification, referrals and patient communications, fixing problems promptly while spotting opportunities for greater reliability and efficiency. By analysing patient feedback and recurring pain points, you will help improve the overall experience, supporting initiatives such as Trustpilot reviews and referral programmes. You will also track key operational metrics, investigate performance changes, and turn data‑driven insights into concrete actions. Finally, you will lead defined operational projects from planning through execution, testing new workflows and processes with guidance from your manager. To succeed, you need 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, marketplaces, digital health or a similarly fast‑moving environment. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a willingness to dig into details are essential, as is confidence working with data, KPIs and spreadsheets; SQL knowledge is a plus. You must be highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining follow‑through, and comfortable operating in an ambiguous, rapidly changing setting. A keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude and a focus on making things work better are also required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory, and German language skills are preferred. Experience in healthcare, consumer technology, marketplaces or high‑growth businesses is advantageous but not a prerequisite. The role offers a salary of €55,000, €65,000 gross per year, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits.
