Kurz zusammengefasst

TRM Labs creates AI‑driven intelligence tools that help government and commercial agencies uncover and disrupt illicit activity. The company's platforms let investigators trace criminal behavior, assemble evidence and visualize threat networks, supporting a global customer base that seeks safer, more secure environments. The Enablement Manager for the Public Sector GTM Team will be responsible for accelerating the ramp‑up of new salespeople and keeping seasoned sellers aligned with the organization's go‑to‑market strategy. Core duties include building and refreshing onboarding curricula within a week of hire, producing playbooks and micro‑training assets in under three days when messaging shifts, and delivering sector‑specific briefings within 72 hours of identified gaps. The role also involves coaching managers on qualification rigor, procurement navigation and stakeholder engagement, maintaining a high‑adoption content repository, and reporting on early‑funnel metrics to improve forecast accuracy. Candidates must bring at least three years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or public‑sector sales leadership, with a proven track record of coaching government‑focused sellers. They need a solid grasp of qualification processes, procurement cycles, multithreading and evaluation plans specific to federal, state or local buyers, especially in cybersecurity, fintech or mission‑critical technology. Hands‑on proficiency with enablement platforms such as Dock, Salesforce, Gong or similar tools is required, as is the ability to design and iterate content quickly. Strong communication, facilitation and analytical skills are essential for translating complex ideas into actionable guidance and measuring program impact. Preferred attributes include prior work with public‑sector customers in high‑growth, fast‑changing environments, and a collaborative mindset that enables rapid response to shifting priorities across product, marketing and sales leadership. The team operates fully remote, distributed worldwide, with a core collaboration window of 11 am‑5 pm EST and a minimum of four overlapping hours. In‑person meet‑ups occur a few times each year, and those near a hub are encouraged to attend more frequently. Compensation for this position is based on experience, qualifications and location, with a U.S. base salary range of $146,000‑$164,000 plus potential equity participation. What the role asks for: - 3+ years sales enablement, training or public‑sector sales leadership - Experience coaching sellers in federal, state or local government - Ability to create and update onboarding modules within 7 days - Proficiency with Dock, Salesforce, Gong or equivalent tools - Strong knowledge of government qualification and procurement cycles - Excellent communication and facilitation abilities - Analytical skill to track adoption and impact metrics - Nice‑to‑have: background in cybersecurity, fintech or mission‑critical tech.
