The role is a Staff/Senior Staff position in Automotive MCU Product Marketing at Renesas, a leader in semiconductor solutions. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of embedded microcontrollers and ecosystems, a proven record in product definition and requirement management, and familiarity with go‑to‑market concepts. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural, agile setting are required, as is fluency in written and spoken English; German is preferred. Proficiency with standard PC tools, especially MS‑Office, is also expected. Nice‑to‑have experience includes automotive system design, AI, customer negotiations, handling complex technical RFQs, MCU architecture, functional safety/security, and embedded software expertise.
