The Business Growth Analyst will join Fever's Marketing & Growth team in Madrid, a large, dynamic group that works closely with every department to boost visibility, engagement and overall business impact. In this role you will own a pipeline of high‑impact projects that support Fever's expansion into up to 40 markets. Daily tasks include designing end‑to‑end solutions, creating and managing new business streams, workflows and strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve company performance. You will lead global projects that shape the future of the entertainment industry, develop strategies to increase performance, and work with colleagues across different markets to launch new experiences in an international setting. The position requires at least two years of experience in an analytics or business‑focused role and a solid academic background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, data analytics or strategy. You must be an advanced English speaker and possess strong communication abilities together with proven experience leading teams. The role is suited to candidates who thrive in fast‑paced, constantly evolving environments and who are passionate about industry trends and new growth opportunities. Fluency in Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese is considered a plus.
