Tourlane, a Berlin‑based travel tech company, is looking for a Product Manager, Agent Productivity (f/m/x). In this role you will own the full roadmap for tools that help travel agents plan, book and manage trips more efficiently, turning market insights and internal data into feature specs, user flows and measurable KPIs. You will collaborate daily with cross‑functional squads, including engineers, designers, data analysts and the Agent Success team, to prioritise the backlog, run agile ceremonies and launch iterative improvements while continuously gathering feedback from partner agents. The position requires at least three years of product‑management experience in B2B SaaS or travel technology, strong analytical abilities with SQL and data‑visualisation, stakeholder‑influence skills, fluency in English and, optionally, German. The role is based in Berlin and works within a fast‑growing, international team.
