The designer will work closely with a cross-functional product team to ensure that the design vision is translated into coherent, usable, and technically feasible product experiences. The goal is to turn complexity into clarity, making the platform more elegant, scalable, and intuitive for expert users. The main day-to-day responsibilities include translating the design vision into the product team's execution, partnering with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to align on priorities and user needs, and leading UX strategy within the product area. The designer will also prototype and explore advanced interaction models for workflows, logic building, and AI orchestration. Additionally, the role involves contributing hands-on design work while setting direction and raising the quality of output within the product team. To qualify for this role, candidates must have 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least two years in a lead capacity. Experience designing with AI tools, such as prototyping with generative design or exploring AI-assisted research, is essential. Candidates should also have a strong systems thinking ability, experience collaborating with product managers and engineers, and mastery of interaction and visual design. A research-driven mindset, technical fluency, and strong communication skills are also required. Proficiency in English is necessary. Nice-to-have skills include experience creating human-AI interaction models, designing tools for configuring or managing AI systems, and a background in conversational interfaces or multimodal interaction design.
