Kurz zusammengefasst

GetYourGuide, a global platform that connects travelers with curated activities, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its Inventory teams. The company operates from its Berlin headquarters and a network of offices worldwide, delivering supplier‑facing solutions that manage availability and pricing for a vast range of travel experiences. In this role you will own the strategy for a product area within one of three Inventory squads. Day‑to‑day you will develop a 12‑month roadmap, set measurable goals and be accountable for results. You will dive deep into supplier needs, turning insights into hypotheses that shape the systems, processes and logic behind availability and pricing. Prioritisation will be driven by supplier and traveler feedback, market trends and business metrics, while you explicitly decide what will not be built. Collaboration is central: you will co‑create solutions with engineers, designers, analysts and partners in Care, Finance, Business Operations, Sales and other functions, and you will communicate the vision to executive leadership. Experimentation, data‑backed testing and transparent leadership are also key parts of the daily workflow. The position requires at least five years of product‑management experience, covering end‑to‑end ownership of a product area, including strategy, KPI definition and roadmap execution. You must be able to build alignment across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, and you need strong written and verbal English communication skills. Regular, effective use of AI tools is expected, and a curiosity about suppliers' businesses and destination dynamics is essential. The role also values a systematic, data‑driven mindset, though deep analytics expertise is not mandatory. Nice‑to‑have attributes include strong data‑analytics capabilities, experience with inventory, marketplace, platform or travel products, and an engineering or analytics background that provides hands‑on familiarity with systems and integrations. The company offers a hybrid work model, three days in the office and two days remote, plus the ability to work from anywhere for up to 30 days per year. Additional perks feature an annual personal‑growth budget, mentorship programmes, transportation and fitness allowances, discounts on GetYourGuide activities, a language‑reimbursement scheme and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. Quarterly team events and yearly company‑wide gatherings foster a collaborative culture. What the role asks for: - 5+ years product management experience - End‑to‑end product area ownership - Ability to align cross‑functional teams - Excellent written and verbal English - Regular use of AI tools - Curiosity about supplier businesses - Strong data‑analytics skills (nice‑to‑have) - Experience with inventory, marketplace or travel products (nice‑to‑have)
