Airapps is a fast‑growing SaaS startup that provides a platform for thousands of creators across Europe. As the Community Manager for the Berlin Metropolitan Area you will own daily interaction with developer and user communities, moderating forums, curating content, and running both in‑person meet‑ups and virtual events. You will also translate community feedback into product insights and work closely with product and marketing teams to shape the brand's voice. The role requires 2‑4 years of community‑building or developer‑relations experience, excellent written and spoken English, and strong abilities in social‑media management, event coordination and data‑driven storytelling. Familiarity with Discord, Slack, HubSpot and analytics tools is essential, while German language skills are a plus.
