Kurz zusammengefasst
BLP is a fast‑growing Swiss SaaS scale‑up that provides an agentic platform for finance and operations teams to automate core business processes. The company serves more than 550 enterprise customers across 1,300+ projects, delivering productivity gains of five to ten times. Headquartered on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, BLP is expanding throughout Europe and North America and is looking for an AI Automation Specialist to join its Consulting team in either Munich or Cologne. In this role you will be hands‑on with the automation technology. Your daily work involves configuring and fine‑tuning AI agents to handle a client's specific document formats and process flows, running post‑go‑live automation sprints, and driving the increase in automation rates. You will investigate exceptions, identify root causes, whether they stem from master‑data issues, outdated process rules, or user habits, and work directly with customers to resolve AI‑raised questions, turning temporary fixes into permanent solutions. You will also monitor the health of your assigned portfolio, act as the escalation point after go‑live, and use data‑driven insights to prioritize improvements and conversations. The position requires candidates with roughly two years of relevant experience in automation or a comparable field. You must be able to work full‑time from Munich or Cologne and be prepared for an initial onboarding period of at least one month at BLP's Zurich headquarters, after which you will operate remotely with regular travel to DACH‑region customers. Strong customer‑facing skills and the ability to collaborate closely with consultants on shared accounts are essential. While not mandatory, experience in consulting, process improvement, or ERP ownership is valued and can accelerate progression to senior consulting or leadership roles. The role offers a clear career path within the Consulting team, with opportunities to move into senior consulting, team leadership, client partnership, project management, or customer success engineering. Regular in‑person team days, all‑hands meetings, and off‑sites in Zurich and other hubs are financially supported, fostering a collaborative environment. What the role asks for: - Up to 2 years experience in automation or similar field - Based in Munich or Cologne - Full‑time availability - Willingness to complete at least one month onboarding in Zurich - Nice‑to‑have: consulting or process‑improvement experience - Nice‑to‑have: ERP process ownership background - Nice‑to‑have: ability to travel within DACH region regularly - Nice‑to‑have: strong customer‑facing communication skills
