The company is looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist who will help raise the visibility of its apps and websites by shaping and executing SEO tactics that drive organic growth. In this fully onsite role based in Lisbon, the specialist will design and roll out SEO strategies aimed at improving traffic and search rankings. Daily tasks include performing keyword research, optimizing on‑page content, and using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and Ahrefs to monitor performance. The role also involves conducting technical SEO audits, recommending fixes, and collaborating with content, product and engineering teams to ensure new material is SEO‑friendly. Regular reporting on key metrics and staying current with algorithm updates are also part of the routine. Candidates must bring roughly three years of SEO experience, ideally within a digital product or app‑focused environment. A solid grasp of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO fundamentals is required, as is hands‑on experience with keyword research platforms, Google Analytics and other SEO suites. The ability to work cross‑functionally with design, content and engineering groups, coupled with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, is essential. Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) is considered a plus.
