Kurz zusammengefasst

voize is a fast‑growing AI‑driven startup that builds digital companions to free frontline workers from busywork. Backed by a $50 million Series A round, the company serves more than 2,000 facilities and 200,000 users, helping them streamline daily workflows. The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will own the sales‑operations function as the business expands into new markets, segments and geographies, shaping the go‑to‑market engine that will drive the company past €100 million ARR. On a day‑to‑day basis the role blends building new processes with running existing ones. You will design and maintain the global account, territory and book‑of‑business model, carve books for new account executives, and keep segmentation honest as the team adds hospitals and new regions. You will lead the end‑to‑end forecasting process with the VP of Sales, diagnose deal slippage, and roll out the methodology across the US, France and the UK. The position also defines the sales metrics that inform board meetings, monthly GTM reviews and weekly deal inspections, working closely with the data and BI team. In addition, you will design the framework for non‑standard deals, ensure adoption of tools and processes in partnership with sales enablement, and own the sales side of the CRM stack, automating manual steps with AI tools such as Claude and n8n while influencing future tooling decisions. The employer requires a solid background in revenue or sales operations, GTM strategy or related consulting roles. Candidates need at least three years of experience in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment, or in strategy/tech consulting, venture capital or M&A before moving into an operating role. Strong stakeholder management is essential, as you will partner with VPs and team leads as an equal and push back with data‑driven evidence. Analytical expertise is a must, including deep fluency with a CRM (ownership of a HubSpot or Salesforce instance), advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort reading data in a BI tool. Proven experience in forecasting, territory and quota planning, as well as a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset, are also required. Finally, you must be AI‑native, having used Claude, n8n or similar tools to automate work and be able to point to concrete implementations. voize offers a collaborative, open culture with flexible working hours and a hybrid set‑up that lets you work from the Berlin office or remotely across Germany. Employees receive stock options, 30 vacation days plus a birthday off, a Germany transport ticket, Urban Sports Club membership, regular off‑sites and access to learning platforms such as Blinkist and Audible, as well as free language courses. The fast‑paced environment promises rapid personal growth and the chance to make a tangible impact on frontline workers' lives. What the role asks for: - 3+ years revenue operations or sales operations experience - Experience in fast‑growing B2B SaaS company - Background in strategy/tech consulting, VC or M&A (optional) - Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders - Advanced analytical skills and CRM expertise - Ownership of HubSpot or Salesforce instance - Proficiency with spreadsheets and BI tools - Demonstrated forecasting and quota planning experience - Hands‑on AI automation using Claude or n8n - Entrepreneurial, self‑starter mindset - Nice‑to‑have: remote work from Germany or Berlin office - Nice‑to‑have: stock options and generous perks
