The Intelligence Operations Integrator role involves assisting Palantir's implementation teams to support and enhance partnerships with Palantir's clients. The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing desk-side and classroom training to analysts, embedding with user groups to understand workflows, developing relationships with users, building initial dashboard products, and staying updated on the latest platform features. Additionally, the role involves staffing the Help Desk, troubleshooting issues, and providing feedback to the Palantir engineering team. To qualify for this role, candidates must have prior experience with Palantir platforms, such as Palantir Foundry, Gotham, and Gaia. Recent and in-depth hands-on experience with these platforms is highly preferred. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance are required due to U.S. Government contract stipulations. Nice-to-have skills include military, special operation, or law enforcement experience, as well as experience briefing high-level military stakeholders. A technical background with knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript is also valued. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the willingness to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time are additional desirable traits.
