Kurz zusammengefasst
MinIO provides the data and memory foundation for enterprise‑grade AI, delivering AIStor and MemKV to unify storage across core, edge and cloud. Trusted by the majority of Fortune 100 companies, the firm helps AI factories, intelligent applications and autonomous agents secure, persist and unlock data value. The Business Development Representative, Enterprise will join MinIO's expanding sales team to generate pipeline for the Enterprise segment through disciplined outbound prospecting and rapid inbound qualification, working hand‑in‑hand with Enterprise Account Executives. On a daily basis the role focuses on three core activities. First, outbound prospecting involves researching target enterprise accounts using intent data and MinIO's intelligence systems, then crafting and executing personalized email, phone and LinkedIn sequences aimed at infrastructure, data‑engineering and AI/ML personas. Second, inbound lead management requires qualifying marketing‑qualified leads from enterprise accounts within service‑level agreements, assessing fit against the ideal customer profile, and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives while keeping detailed notes in the CRM. Third, pipeline development includes multi‑threaded outreach to both technical and business stakeholders, collaborating with field marketing and product marketing on industry‑specific messaging, and feeding prospect feedback into sales and marketing strategies. Success is measured by concrete metrics: the number of meetings held with enterprise accounts, a meeting‑to‑Stage 1 opportunity conversion rate of at least 35 %, outbound‑sourced pipeline contribution, speed‑to‑lead for inbound MQLs, acceptance rate of qualified meetings by Account Executives, and the completeness and accuracy of CRM data. The representative must keep Salesforce, HubSpot and Outreach up to date, track activity and conversion rates, and continuously refine sequencing based on performance data. The position calls for at least one year of experience in a BDR/SDR, inside‑sales or demand‑generation role, preferably within B2B technology. Candidates need strong written and verbal communication skills to engage infrastructure architects, data engineers and IT leaders, and must be comfortable using outbound sequencing tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Outreach. A self‑directed, data‑driven approach to research and prospecting is essential, as is familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and qualification methodologies (MEDDICC preferred). A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Nice‑to‑have experience includes prospecting large, complex organizations (5,000+ employees), prior work in analytics, AI or object‑storage companies, and an early track record of success in such environments. What the role asks for: - 1+ year BDR/SDR or inside‑sales experience (must) - Experience with outbound sequencing tools (must) - Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot and Outreach (must) - Strong written and verbal communication skills (must) - Ability to research and qualify enterprise accounts (must) - Familiarity with data infrastructure, cloud storage or AI/ML (nice‑to‑have) - Experience prospecting organizations of 5,000+ employees (nice‑to‑have) - Knowledge of MEDDICC qualification methodology (nice‑to‑have) - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field (nice‑to‑have)
