Additionally, the Head of Software Development coordinates and implements technical requirements in a modern cloud environment, works closely with other departments for smooth integration, and designs and prepares Executive Board resolutions on partial decryption. To qualify for this role, candidates must have completed vocational training as an IT specialist or hold a degree in IT, such as Informatics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering. Proven experience in leading Scrum development teams and applying Scrum methods is essential, as is the ability to motivate and lead an international team in a DevOps and cloud environment. Experience in desktop and web development, with a focus on frontend, backend, or full stack, is required, ideally with responsive UI, modern frameworks, and integration into cloud services. In-depth knowledge of relevant programming languages and technologies, hands-on experience in DevOps, and familiarity with cloud platforms are also necessary. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and very good German and English language skills are crucial. Nice-to-have skills include an interest in AI/ML technologies.
