Senior Consultant - Financial Services / Data & AI

Kurz zusammengefasst

ALAIKA is a rapidly scaling financial‑services firm headquartered in Munich, operating three interconnected brands: Advisory (strategy consulting), Capital (private‑equity), and Building (company builder). The Senior Consultant, Financial Services / Data & AI will join the ALAIKA Advisory team, contributing to the firm's ambition to become the leading entrepreneurial holding in the sector, blending Fortune 500 access, private‑equity discipline, and Silicon‑Valley‑grade technology. In this role you will be expected to identify problems, own them from discovery through to delivery, and ship practical solutions that leverage data and artificial‑intelligence capabilities. You will work at a fast pace, applying an 80/20 mindset to prioritize high‑impact work, and you will be encouraged to adopt a "nothing is impossible" attitude, constantly finding ways to overcome obstacles. The position calls for a generalist mindset with a broad, shallow expertise across data and AI topics, rather than deep specialization. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a hybrid, multilevel environment, taking responsibility for end‑to‑end delivery, and thriving under high expectations and a demanding workload. While the advert does not list formal qualifications, certifications, or language requirements, it emphasizes cultural fit: a willingness to specialize, take ownership, act quickly, and maintain a problem‑solving mindset. The role offers a clear path to partnership within five to six years for those who can keep pace and eventually build a business on the ALAIKA platform. The team works in a hybrid setting, based in Munich, with the opportunity to influence a fast‑growing, globally‑oriented organization.
