The Scientific Implementation Associate will help launch our AI‑driven research platform, working alongside data scientists, product engineers and external labs to embed custom workflows, resolve implementation problems and train end‑users. Day‑to‑day tasks include integrating software with laboratory instrumentation, troubleshooting deployment issues and delivering user‑focused training sessions across our global sites. The role requires a B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field such as biology, chemistry, physics or computer science, plus at least two years of hands‑on experience deploying scientific software or instruments. Candidates must be proficient in Python or R and familiar with cloud services like AWS or GCP, and demonstrate strong communication and project‑management skills.
