Kurz zusammengefasst

Mindpeak develops AI‑driven software that assists pathologists in diagnosing cancer more quickly and accurately. The company's technology is already deployed in clinical laboratories across more than 25 countries, and the role of Clinical Implementation Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for turning new lab contracts into routine clinical use of this AI platform. The day‑to‑day work involves owning the full delivery cycle for roughly ten laboratory customers at once, from contract signing through go‑live and post‑implementation support. You will create and manage project plans, set milestones, track dependencies and risks, and make trade‑off decisions when multiple projects compete for resources. The role requires directing technical integration with laboratory information systems, imaging management systems, scanners and network/security reviews, while coordinating product, machine‑learning, engineering and quality teams as well as the customer's staff. You will lead validation activities, run regular project calls, document outcomes, monitor usage after launch, and feed structured feedback into product planning. To be considered, candidates must have at least two to three years of experience delivering external‑customer projects, preferably in clinical or diagnostic software, digital pathology, laboratory or medical‑device rollouts, or health‑IT, where they owned a project from kickoff to go‑live and met committed dates despite external dependencies. A university degree in a life or natural science (biology, medicine, chemistry or physics) or comparable scientific work experience is required, along with the ability to communicate credibly with pathologists and other laboratory stakeholders. Strong stakeholder‑management, organized self‑driven work habits, and full professional proficiency in English are essential. The position is based in Hamburg (or requires relocation) and involves on‑site work, up to 10 % travel (mainly to US customers and conferences) and occasional late‑afternoon or early‑evening calls to align with US time zones. Additional, non‑mandatory assets include German language skills, prior experience in pathology, diagnostics or laboratory environments, familiarity with regulated clinical software delivery or quality‑management systems, and a background in establishing or improving delivery processes and tooling within a growing team. What the role asks for: - 2–3 years delivering external‑customer projects end‑to‑end - Experience with clinical, diagnostic or digital pathology software - Degree in biology, medicine, chemistry or physics - Full professional proficiency in English - Based in Hamburg or willing to relocate - Willingness to travel up to 10 % of time - Ability to work with late‑afternoon/evening US calls - Nice to have: German language skills - Nice to have: experience in regulated clinical settings - Nice to have: delivery process and tooling improvement experience
