Kurz zusammengefasst

BridgeBio is a biotech company that funds early‑stage research and develops medicines for rare genetic diseases and genetically driven cancers. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for the EU Center will sit under the Senior Medical Director, EU Center and collaborate with other MSLs, Market Access and global Medical Affairs to deliver the company's Medical Affairs brand plan across Germany. The day‑to‑day work focuses on building and managing a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) throughout the pre‑launch and launch phases. The MSL will identify relevant KOLs, map treatment pathways, and organise pre‑launch activities such as disease‑state education and diagnostic‑rate initiatives. They will also support high‑impact research projects, co‑design advisory boards, congress symposia, hospital‑based education and speaker programs, and use AI‑driven tools to improve insight generation and knowledge management. Ongoing responsibilities include reviewing scientific literature, attending conferences, creating internal training materials and delivering them to new and existing colleagues. Candidates must hold a Master of Science degree; a PhD, PharmD or MD is preferred. They need at least five to seven years of field‑based Medical Affairs experience in rare diseases or orphan conditions. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities are required, as is a proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with scientific experts. Experience in endocrinology, achondroplasia or other genetically driven bone‑growth disorders is considered a plus. The role is field‑based in Germany, covering either Northern or Southern regions, with a home office in Munich and frequent travel across the country. Additional European travel is expected for conferences, KOL meetings and speaker programs. The position offers a highly collaborative environment, exposure to cutting‑edge biotech innovation and the chance to influence the launch of transformative therapies for patients with unmet needs. What the role asks for: - Master of Science degree - PhD, PharmD or MD preferred - 5‑7 years field‑based Medical Affairs experience in rare diseases - Experience with endocrinology or achondroplasia a plus - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - Ability to build and sustain KOL relationships - Proficiency in using AI and digital tools for medical insights - Willingness to travel across Germany and Europe regularly
