To qualify, you must be currently enrolled in a Business, Economics, or Engineering degree program. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerBI (or similar visualization tools), and a good command of English are required. Experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) and a basic understanding of the automotive industry are considered a plus.
