The internship is a full‑time, six‑month (or longer) placement at Langdock's headquarters on Greifswalder Straße. Rather than a traditional CV‑driven process, candidates must submit a short Loom video (max five minutes) showcasing an AI‑driven project they have built. The video should explain the problem addressed, a live demo, the models, tools and architecture used, any failures encountered, and ideas for future development at Langdock. Successful applicants will own the project they presented, evolving a prototype into a feature, internal tool, go‑to‑market engine, support automation, evaluation setup, or any other solution that solves a real need for Langdock or its customers. Interns will work closely with product, engineering or GTM teams, ship iterations, measure impact and present progress regularly. To be considered, candidates must have a proven track record of building and shipping AI‑powered solutions, not just theoretical discussions. They should demonstrate high agency, identifying problems and taking initiative without waiting for assignments, and a habit of experimenting with new models and tools. Clear, professional communication in English is required; German language skills are welcomed but not mandatory. The role also expects a collaborative, kind attitude and a focus on impact over pure technology. The position is 100 % on‑site in Berlin, requiring a valid German work permit. The office environment is fully in‑person, with catered meals, gym membership and coaching resources included in the standard package.
