Successful experiments are turned into repeatable playbooks, while new, inexpensive channels are continuously explored. The role also bridges organic and paid efforts, ensuring that organic successes are amplified through paid spend and that paid insights feed back into organic strategy. Measurement is key: the intern must interpret metrics such as saves, shares, and view costs, and build the necessary trackers, scripts, and automations using platform data and AI tools. The position is aimed at a student or recent graduate who lives on social platforms and wants to learn how to make content travel.
