In this individual‑contributor role you will own high‑impact analytical projects that shape strategy for the Security Services organization. Daily work includes turning ambiguous business problems into structured analyses, building predictive models and statistical pipelines, and creating executive‑level dashboards and presentations. You will also design and maintain data pipelines that pull operational data from internal tools, ensure data quality through validation and governance, and automate reproducible analytics for scalable decision‑making. The position requires a strong blend of technical and business expertise. Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, and have deep experience delivering strategic impact in data analytics or business operations. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau is essential, as is a solid grasp of machine‑learning concepts, statistical modeling, and MLOps practices. Effective communication and the ability to influence senior leaders are also required. Experience with cloud platforms, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and version control using Git is needed, together with business‑level German language skills, both written and spoken. While the core requirements focus on technical and analytical capabilities, the role also offers exposure to emerging technologies. You will identify opportunities to embed AI and machine learning into core processes, lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives, and stay current with industry trends.
