Based in Munich, the Director of Value Engineering for the CPG & Retail segment will own the end‑to‑end value journey for the DACH region. You will lead a high‑performing team of six to seven Value Engineers, act as a player‑coach in customer workshops and executive meetings, and serve as the Celonis Executive Sponsor on critical deals. The role also includes driving annual recurring revenue targets, renewal forecasts and net retention, while positioning Celonis as the foundation for modern process intelligence and Agentic AI across major retail and consumer‑goods accounts. The position requires native‑level German proficiency so you can run workshops, deliver executive presentations and manage stakeholder interactions in German. You will be expected to recruit, onboard and mentor the Munich‑based team, maintain high performance standards and develop career progression plans. The role also calls for strong executive advisory skills, the ability to champion enterprise AI solutions, and the capacity to build relationships with regional partners, services teams and account executives. A strong understanding of the CPG and retail landscape, fluency in English for cross‑border collaboration, and experience shaping thought‑leadership through best‑practice frameworks are considered advantageous.
