Lucid Motors in Munich is seeking a Senior AD/ADAS Validation Engineer to lead hardware‑in‑the‑loop and on‑vehicle validation for its advanced driver‑assistance and autonomous driving systems. You will work hand‑in‑hand with software, sensor and system architecture groups to plan, execute and analyse test campaigns that shape the next generation of autonomous capabilities in a fast‑growing EV company. The day‑to‑day work involves creating test cases, automating data‑processing pipelines and troubleshooting real‑time sensor‑fusion issues. You must be comfortable with CANoe, dSPACE and MATLAB/Simulink, and apply functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and scenario‑based verification methods. Five or more years of AD/ADAS validation experience is required; familiarity with coverage metrics is also expected.
