The Business Growth Analyst will sit within the Marketing & Growth team, a large, fast‑moving group that collaborates with virtually every department to boost visibility, engagement and overall business impact. In this role you will own a pipeline of high‑impact projects that support Fever's expansion into up to 40 markets. Daily tasks include designing end‑to‑end solutions, creating and managing new business streams, workflows and strategic initiatives, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to improve performance across departments. You will also be responsible for defining and establishing strategies that increase performance, leveraging analytical and business skills to deliver daily high‑impact outcomes, and contributing to the growth of a key market by leading global projects that shape the future of the entertainment industry. The position requires at least two years of experience in an analytics or business‑focused role and a solid academic background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, data analytics or strategy. Candidates must be comfortable using big‑data and analytics tools to inform strategic decisions, possess excellent communication abilities and proven team‑leadership experience, and thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; additional fluency in Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese is considered a plus.
