The role also requires mentoring junior engineers and championing continuous‑improvement initiatives within a fast‑growing, internationally distributed team that works closely with senior leadership and industry partners. What the role asks for: - Minimum 5 years hands‑on automotive or aerospace system safety experience - Proven safety‑case development background - Proficiency with FTA, FMEA and HARA analysis tools - TÜV or IEC 61508 certification - Excellent written and spoken English - Excellent written and spoken German - Ability to mentor junior engineers (nice‑to‑have)
