Kurz zusammengefasst
BeOne is a fast‑growing biopharmaceutical company focused on developing cancer therapies. The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for solid tumours will act as the field‑based Medical Affairs representative for the North Germany region, which includes Schleswig‑Holstein, Niedersachsen and parts of Nordrhein‑Westfalen and Hessen. The role is centred on building scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other external stakeholders to exchange medical information about BeOne's products, pipeline and emerging research. On a daily basis the Senior MSL will deliver accurate, non‑promotional scientific communication to HCPs and KOLs, respond to unsolicited medical information requests, and present clinical and development data at scientific meetings or ad‑hoc engagements. The role also involves mapping and maintaining engagement plans for medical experts, organising and supporting local, national and international congresses, advisory boards and other scientific events, and contributing to omnichannel initiatives. In addition, the MSL will assist clinical operations by identifying investigators, supporting site feasibility assessments, onboarding trial sites and handling investigator‑sponsored research proposals. Collecting and analysing field‑based medical insights, reporting unmet needs and emerging trends, and feeding this information back to internal teams to shape Medical Affairs strategy are also core duties. The position requires a medical or scientific degree, MD, PhD or PharmD, with at least four years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of six years' experience. Candidates must have a proven track record in clinical, scientific or medical affairs work, preferably within the solid‑tumour therapeutic area. The role demands strong scientific expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining full regulatory and ethical compliance. Additional assets include experience in oncology, familiarity with the German healthcare landscape, and the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams such as Clinical Operations, European and Global Medical Affairs, and sales. The position offers the chance to influence scientific strategy, support clinical trial execution, and enhance BeOne's credibility within a dynamic, multi‑regional environment. While the role does not involve supervisory responsibilities, it provides exposure to high‑visibility scientific activities and the opportunity to shape medical insights that drive the company's oncology portfolio. What the role asks for: - MD, PhD or PharmD degree - Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical industry experience - Master's degree with at least 6 years experience (alternative) - Proven track record in clinical, scientific or medical affairs - Experience in solid‑tumour oncology (nice‑to‑have) - Ability to communicate complex scientific data accurately - Experience organizing scientific congresses and advisory boards - Capability to collect and analyse field‑based medical insights
