The Senior FSQA Manager, PHF will head the food safety, quality and compliance programme for a fast‑growing ready‑to‑eat meal‑kit brand operating in Amsterdam, Berlin and London. Reporting to the Global Head of FSQA, you will coordinate audits, corrective actions and continuous‑improvement projects while working closely with R&D, supply‑chain and operations teams to protect product integrity across multiple markets. Day‑to‑day duties include leading risk assessments, deploying new safety technologies, and ensuring adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000/IFS and EU food legislation. You will coach cross‑functional teams, manage external auditors and drive data‑driven improvements that shape the company's safety culture. What the role asks for: - Minimum 8 years food safety and quality management experience - Proven HACCP expertise - ISO 22000/IFS certification knowledge - Familiarity with EU food legislation - Strong leadership and coaching abilities - Experience with data‑driven risk assessments - Ability to work across Amsterdam, Berlin and London sites - Direct reporting to Global Head of FSQA
