Kurz zusammengefasst
The Senior Product Manager for Integrations & AI Foundations will join bunch, a company building an integrated system for private‑market fund operations that combines secure data infrastructure, AI‑driven workflows and specialist fund services. In this role you will own the integration and AI platform that serves two audiences: external developers and fund‑manager teams that need to connect to bunch, and internal product groups that rely on the platform to add AI capabilities without reinventing core functions. Day‑to‑day you will shape the platform strategy across five linked areas, the API layer, the MCP (model‑callable‑program) layer, document‑parsing pipelines, retrieval/RAG services and the AI agentic layer. Responsibilities include defining API contracts, versioning, rate limits and SLAs; launching and governing the customer‑facing MCP offering; generalising the live document‑parsing use case for broader reuse; building retrieval and agent services with built‑in access control, guardrails and observability; and maintaining platform‑wide policies on data classification, residency, LLM cost and integration registries. You will also work directly with fund managers, CFOs and their technical teams, translate integration needs into platform decisions, and set clear success metrics such as API uptime, time‑to‑integrate, MCP adoption and extraction accuracy. The role requires at least six years of product‑management experience, with a minimum of three years focused on platform, API or developer‑facing products in a B2B SaaS environment. You must have shipped and operated public APIs (REST or GraphQL) with authentication, versioning, deprecation and developer‑friendly documentation. Hands‑on experience delivering production LLM features, extraction, retrieval‑augmented generation or agents, and a solid grasp of evaluations, confidence scoring, failure modes and human‑in‑the‑loop review are essential. You need working knowledge of MCP or agent tool‑use, strong security instincts for regulated data (access control, GDPR, data residency), and the ability to lead by influence, communicate clearly and document decisions. Nice‑to‑have experience includes fintech or private‑markets background (capital calls, capital accounts, subscription documents, LP reporting), work in an EU‑regulated setting, building a Developer Portal or partner‑integration programme from scratch, and moving capabilities into a shared platform without disruption. Additional pluses are experience in companies transitioning from operations‑led to product‑led models. What the role asks for: - 6+ years product management experience - 3+ years platform/API/developer product experience - Proven delivery of public REST or GraphQL APIs - Experience with OAuth or similar authentication schemes - Hands‑on production LLM feature shipping - Knowledge of document parsing, RAG or agent pipelines - Strong security and GDPR/data‑residency expertise - Ability to lead through influence and clear documentation - Nice-to-have fintech or private‑markets background - Nice-to-have EU‑regulated environment experience - Nice-to-have Developer Portal creation experience - Nice-to-have platform migration experience
