The Founders' Office Intern (Talent) will sit directly with the founding duo, Dat and Ennie, and take charge of the end‑to‑end recruitment process. Daily tasks include sourcing standout candidates from LinkedIn, Juicebox, niche communities, referrals and any new channels the intern devises. The role requires crafting persuasive outreach messages, conducting first‑round interviews to quickly gauge fit, and managing the full hiring pipeline, from initial contact through offer acceptance, while keeping hiring managers and interviewers aligned. The intern will also monitor role‑specific funnels, identify drop‑offs, and implement fixes, as well as build automation and AI‑driven workflows for sourcing, messaging, interview preparation and candidate coordination. Once the hiring engine is running smoothly, the intern will support broader operations and strategic projects within the founders' office and help shape telli's employer brand through job postings, social content and events. To succeed, candidates must be hands‑on, comfortable with unglamorous work and eager to meet new people. They need a keen eye for exceptional talent, the ability to sell opportunities and handle objections, and a strong sense of ownership and urgency. The role demands data‑mindset, tech‑savviness and rapid adoption of AI tools, plus clear, top‑down communication in both English and German. Prior experience in recruiting, sales, a startup environment or personal projects is required, and the intern should be open to the possibility of a full‑time position after the internship.
