Quince is a fast‑growing manufacturer‑to‑consumer brand that sells high‑quality essentials at low prices by cutting out traditional retail layers. The company designs its own operational processes and proprietary technology, using AI and analytics to scale across apparel, accessories, home goods and more. The Senior Manager, CRM Lifecycle + Journeys will own every triggered flow in the customer journey for the UK, Germany and France, creating the automation engine that powers Quince's retention programme, from the first welcome email to win‑back messages months later. On a day‑to‑day basis the role will build, launch and maintain all triggered lifecycle flows for each market, including welcome, browse‑abandon, cart‑abandon, post‑purchase, low‑stock, back‑in‑stock, win‑back, replenishment and care‑instruction journeys. You will work closely with the MarTech team to ship AI agents that automate flow construction, copy creation, segmentation and quality assurance, aiming for at least one production‑ready CRM agent by the end of the first year and a 50 % cut in deployment time within the first 90 days. Collaboration with the Data team will ensure statistically sound testing, with a minimum of six A/B tests per quarter per flow per market, while partnership with the tech team will keep the CDP data model, integrations and identity‑resolution accurate and low‑latency. You will also set up channel‑cost decision logic across email, SMS, push and in‑app, and run a localisation pipeline with freelance copywriters to deliver English‑UK, German and French content ahead of each market launch. The position requires deep hands‑on experience with Iterable and a customer data platform, the ability to write and debug SQL queries, and a solid understanding of UK and EU privacy regulations that affect identity‑resolution and consent handling. You must be comfortable designing and analysing A/B experiments, building AI‑driven tools, and managing multilingual content pipelines. Strong analytical rigour, a builder's mindset and the capacity to hold a roadmap while executing technical details are essential.
