Kurz zusammengefasst

The Force Protection and Vetting Analyst role supports Booz Allen's work for the U.S. European Command, providing intelligence‑driven screening and threat assessments of foreign nationals who seek access to U.S. military installations. Working within the Special Security Office, the analyst blends classified intelligence, open‑source data and security holdings to spot counter‑intelligence concerns, foreign‑influence indicators, suspicious affiliations and other risks to personnel, facilities and mission operations. Day‑to‑day duties include applying structured analytical methods and technical screening tools to produce actionable assessments and recommendations for force‑protection decisions. The analyst conducts multi‑source research, reviews both classified and unclassified databases, and coordinates information exchange with U.S. and partner‑nation intelligence, CI, security and law‑enforcement agencies. The position also contributes to SSO security programs, helps improve screening capabilities, and ensures compliance with Intelligence Community directives, DoD regulations and SCI security requirements. The must‑have qualifications are extensive. Candidates need at least five years of experience in intelligence, targeting, CI, counter‑terrorism, force protection, security or national‑security missions, and three years within the IC, DoD or a federal environment. They must have three years working with identity intelligence, biometrics‑enabled intelligence or forensic‑enabled intelligence, plus two years of HUMINT or CI targeting, technical screening, personnel vetting or operational intelligence analysis. Experience using classified and unclassified databases, open‑source tools and security information systems for personnel screening is required, as is knowledge of ICD 705 standards for SCIF security. A TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor's degree are also mandatory. Preferred, but not required, experience includes supporting Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff or other national‑level intelligence bodies, as well as work in CI investigations, operational screening, identity‑intelligence programs, threat‑finance analysis, foreign‑influence analysis, advanced network analysis or mission‑assurance initiatives. Completion of DoD or IC security training (Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, etc.) is considered a plus. The role can be full‑time or part‑time (minimum 20 hours/week) and may be remote, hybrid or onsite depending on the assignment. Booz Allen offers a broad benefits package, professional development, tuition assistance and a salary range of $77,500 to $176,000, with compensation determined by location, experience and other factors.
