The Content Developer 2 at PA&E is responsible for creating and managing technical documentation, training modules, and web-based content for aerospace systems. The main day-to-day responsibilities include designing, authoring, and maintaining various types of content, as well as collaborating with different teams to ensure the accuracy and usability of the materials. The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of experience in technical writing or instructional design. Proficiency with authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, and Articulate 360 is essential. Strong command of grammar, style guides, and visual communication principles is also required. The role demands the ability to manage multiple projects in a regulated environment, conduct subject-matter interviews, and apply usability testing feedback to continuously improve content.
