The firm is looking for a Lead Business Continuity professional to design, implement and maintain a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) that covers business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management for its digital services, operations and infrastructure. In this role you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the BCMS. You will conduct gap analyses, define the BCMS framework and keep the associated policies, procedures and guidelines up to date. You will lead the ISO 22301 certification effort, preparing for external audits and ensuring compliance. Your day‑to‑day work includes performing risk assessments and business impact analyses, mapping critical processes, dependencies and vulnerabilities, and translating those findings into tailored continuity strategies. You will also create and maintain detailed continuity and disaster‑recovery plans, set recovery objectives, allocate resources and designate recovery teams, while regularly reviewing and updating the plans as the company scales. Testing and exercising the BCMS is a core part of the job. You will design and run tabletop exercises, drills and simulations across key functions on a recurring basis, evaluate the outcomes, close identified gaps and continuously improve the plans. Building strong relationships with department heads, reporting progress, risks and milestones to senior leadership, and defining key performance indicators for the BCMS are also essential. In addition, you will deliver training and awareness programmes to embed a resilience culture throughout Parloa. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and testing business continuity and disaster‑recovery plans, including conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses. You must possess solid knowledge of implementing a BCMS in line with ISO 22301 and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, risk management and crisis response. A structured, execution‑focused approach to project road‑maps, decisive decision‑making and the ability to see initiatives through to completion are required. Effective communication skills are essential for engaging stakeholders at all levels and presenting complex information clearly.
