The company is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to help create intelligent features for its mobile applications and to keep the product at the forefront of AI‑driven resource management. In this role you will design, develop and fine‑tune machine‑learning models that power various mobile‑app functionalities. Your day will involve researching cutting‑edge AI methods, building scalable pipelines, and ensuring models are efficiently deployed and monitored. You will also work closely with product managers, engineers and designers to embed AI solutions into the app, analyse large data sets for insights, and keep the team updated on the latest AI trends and best practices. Optimising models for mobile environments to achieve low latency and high performance is a key part of the job. The position requires roughly four years of experience in AI/ML development, especially for mobile contexts. Candidates must be proficient in Python and at least one major ML framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and have hands‑on experience with deep learning, natural language processing, computer‑vision and statistical modelling. Familiarity with cloud‑based ML services (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure), solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms and software‑engineering standards, and a track record of deploying and maintaining production models are also essential. The role is fully onsite in Lisbon, with relocation support available, and expects strong collaborative skills in a remote‑team setting, problem‑solving ability and a passion for innovation.
