The role also includes leading readiness reviews, pilot builds and early‑stage production stabilisation, resolving any process issues, confirming corrective actions and ensuring consistent operating conditions before full‑scale ramp‑up. In addition, you will monitor yield, defect rates and cycle times during both ramp‑up and serial production, investigate failures, implement lasting corrective actions and verify sustained process stability. Supporting PFMEA and Control Plans, as well as validating engineering changes before release, forms part of the responsibilities. Close collaboration with Production, Quality, Product Assurance, Design, Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain teams is required to drive improvements in quality, repeatability, throughput, ergonomics and cost.
