The role operates on a two‑shift schedule, demanding high flexibility and readiness to work both shifts. Precision, reliability and a strong quality mindset are essential, along with the ability to work safely under strict hygiene and safety rules. Additional assets include experience with automation technologies and programmable logic controllers (SPS), which are considered advantageous but not mandatory.
