We are seeking a Teamleader Software Development for CGM, the market‑leading provider of healthcare software. In this role you will translate business requirements into technical concepts, guide a development team through the full agile lifecycle, and uphold high standards of code quality and architecture. Daily tasks include analysing cross‑functional requirements, leading and coaching developers, conducting architecture and code reviews, spotting and fixing security vulnerabilities, and collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders to optimise user experience. You will also set objectives, monitor performance and nurture the professional growth of your team members. The position requires a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field, together with several years of experience leading software development teams, ideally within an agile setting. Strong interpersonal abilities, empathy, clear communication and the capacity to foster a collaborative atmosphere, are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a solution‑oriented mindset, high commitment, creativity, analytical thinking and a willingness to learn. A solid technical and methodological background, reliability and a systematic approach to work are also required. Additional certifications in software architecture are considered a plus.
