The Finance Data & Systems Lead will join unybrands' Strategic Finance team, a fast‑growing brand accelerator that acquires, integrates and scales digital‑first consumer brands. Headquartered in Miami with offices worldwide, the company runs a multi‑entity, multi‑currency operation that sells across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart and other retail channels, all powered by a proprietary NetSuite‑based technology stack and a BigQuery data warehouse. In this role you will be responsible for guaranteeing the accuracy of all financial data flowing from source systems such as Amazon Seller Central and NetSuite through the company's connectors into the central warehouse. You will design and maintain automated validation checks, reconcile marketplace, inventory and accounting records, and produce clean, documented data sets for sales, margin, cash and inventory that can be trusted by the CEO, board and investors. When data pipelines break, you will diagnose the root cause, fix the issue directly when possible, or coordinate remediation with the owning team or vendor. The position requires deep familiarity with finance‑related data sources and the ability to translate business needs into system specifications. You will support Finance applications, resolve production incidents, and work with the Accounting/NetSuite lead to improve saved searches, reports, workflows and multi‑currency setups. During acquisitions you will lead the finance data workstream, handling entity creation, data migration and integration of new sales channels, while also governing access controls and ensuring proper sign‑off on data definitions. Collaboration is central to the job: you will partner daily with Accounting, IT, FP&A, Operations and brand teams to prioritize issues, communicate progress and drive resolutions. A hands‑on, builder mindset is essential, you must feel comfortable writing SQL reconciliations, tracing broken connectors and walking stakeholders through fixes. The role is a senior individual contributor position with the prospect of evolving into a finance data and automation team as the portfolio expands.
