Kurz zusammengefasst

Taktile is a fast‑growing tech company that helps banks, insurers and other financial institutions become AI‑native by using its modular Agentic Decision Platform. The firm operates worldwide from offices in New York, Berlin, London, São Paulo and Iași, and serves enterprise customers such as Mercury, Monzo, Faire and Pleo. Taktile is looking for an HR Intern to act as the first point of contact for new and existing employees, supporting the People team in keeping the employee lifecycle smooth and data‑driven. The intern will organise first‑day agendas for new hires, coordinate onboarding communications and ensure a seamless start for every candidate. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records in the HRIS (HiBob), updating internal databases, preparing paperwork for internal transfers or mobility, and assisting with benefits administration. The role also involves answering HR‑related questions from staff and managers, and helping to spot and implement process improvements, including the development of AI‑enabled tools such as Claude skills to make people operations more efficient. To succeed, candidates must demonstrate strong time‑management and multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to data accuracy. They need to work well with others, showing a collaborative attitude and a willingness to support teammates in shared goals. Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required, while German language skills are considered a plus. The posting notes that a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience, is desirable but not mandatory, as is familiarity with HR software and tools. Taktile promotes a flat hierarchy, direct interaction with founders, and a culture that values diverse perspectives and challenges the status quo. Interns will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, exposure to a global network of tech investors and advisors, and the chance to influence an early‑stage company's growth. The company emphasizes inclusion, encouraging applicants from under‑represented groups and supporting all gender identities and expressions. What the role asks for: - Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities - High attention to detail and data accuracy - Collaborative attitude and team‑support mindset - Excellent verbal and written English communication - German language proficiency (nice‑to‑have) - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field (nice‑to‑have) - Familiarity with HR software and tools (nice‑to‑have)
