The role of M365 Collaboration Engineer will sit in the Bremen or Hamburg office and support the firm's digital workplace as it expands. The day‑to‑day work involves setting up, running and constantly refining the Microsoft 365 suite, Teams, SharePoint and related services, to meet internal standards and service level expectations. You will assist staff and business units in using these tools efficiently and in line with compliance rules, keep an eye on usage, performance and adoption metrics, and spot chances for automation or improvement. The position also covers the rollout of new collaboration features and AI extensions such as Copilot, as well as the creation of templates, workflow designs, permission structures and automated provisioning. Incident handling at the second and third support tiers, plus the upkeep of technical documentation and user guides, form part of the responsibilities. The employer requires a university degree in Information Technology or a comparable discipline and three to five years of hands‑on experience managing M365 collaboration environments, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and related automation. Strong analytical abilities, a methodical problem‑solving approach, and clear communication skills for interacting with stakeholders are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English is also mandatory.
