Fluency in English is also mandatory. Additional advantages include prior involvement in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation projects, the ability to introduce S&OP/IBP processes from a low‑maturity baseline, and experience linking financial or commercial data to planning. The role sits within a diverse, inclusive team of over 1,200 employees, offering flexible working hours, remote options, generous vacation, employee discounts, a gym subsidy and other corporate benefits, all within a culture that blends a passion for healthy lifestyles with cutting‑edge technology. What the role asks for: - Deep expertise in demand and supply planning within FMCG/CPG/food/supplements - Extensive experience with S&OP/IBP processes - Hands‑on experience with o9 platform (or SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder) - Solid understanding of SAP planning/MRP integration - Strong end‑to‑end process mindset linking commercial demand to supply chain - High data literacy in planning models, KPIs and tools - Senior‑level stakeholder management and change‑management skills - Fluent English - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation (nice‑to‑have) - Ability to launch S&OP/IBP from low‑maturity baseline (nice‑to‑have) - Financial/commercial integration experience (nice‑to‑have)
