JD is expanding its Nuremberg sorting hub, a key node in Germany's logistics corridor. As Sorting Hub Manager you will direct inbound and outbound parcel flow and lead a team of over 30 sorters. You will monitor KPI targets for accuracy, throughput and safety, analyse performance data, and implement process improvements while coordinating daily operations in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment. The role demands at least three years of warehouse or logistics management experience, strong analytical ability, proven multi‑shift team leadership, proficiency with WMS/TMS, solid health‑and‑safety knowledge and fluent German; English is a plus.
