The company creates lasting, high‑quality accessories and apparel and promotes an inclusive, diverse culture for employees, customers and stakeholders. The Sales Associate role serves as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering a personalized shopping experience while helping the store meet its sales targets and supporting daily operations. On a typical day the associate represents Coach according to the Guide to Style and Service, builds lasting client relationships through styling advice and product knowledge, and drives sales by cross‑selling, upselling and making tailored recommendations. The role requires frequent use of mobile POS, client‑eling tools and social‑selling platforms, including short‑form video, to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases. Associates also develop personal sales plans, source new customers, follow up on leads, and work to meet both individual and team KPIs. Operational duties include cash‑wrap responsibilities, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, maintaining a clean sales floor and stockroom, processing transactions, receiving shipments and assisting teammates across functional areas. The position calls for at least one year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, and a solid understanding of fashion trends and competitors. Candidates must demonstrate a blend of education and experience, be comfortable operating POS systems and basic computer tools such as iPads or laptops, and be able to use walkie‑talkies and read price/release sheets. Strong English proficiency is required, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment is essential. Additional preferred assets include luxury‑retail background, social‑media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and client‑eling and data‑acquisition skills. The role offers an inclusive, innovative and fun workplace with internal mobility, career progression, a paid volunteering day each year, and global volunteer project opportunities. Employees benefit from learning and development through the Ambassador Programme, regular social events, equity and inclusion initiatives, employee resource groups and regional inclusion councils. Other perks include an attractive employee discount, a compelling incentive programme, and a culture that values courage, creativity, customer focus, adaptability, results‑driven performance, interpersonal savvy and rapid learning.
